As part of our policy, all new clients are required to complete and submit a Digital Consultation form and a Digital Consent Form 48 hours prior to their scheduled treatment. These forms are essential for us to ensure the safety and effectiveness of your treatment. Failure to submit the forms will result in the cancellation of your appointment as per our NO FORMS, NO TREATMENT policy.

However, we highly encourage you to secure a reservation in the calendar that aligns with your desired date, as cancellations are infrequent and there is no guarantee that a spot will become available on the waiting list.
